Megan Cawe for KB Hair Extensions Shoot!

I was recently asked by the lovely owner of KB Hair Extensions, Kerry Buckell, to become the new face of the brand. I had used extensions from her brand before, so I was more than delighted to jump on board! Being chosen as the face was a huge honour, and I had such an amazing morning shooting with the girls (as well as getting my hair and makeup done...i'm such a girly girl!) My makeup was done by the amazing Stacey (check out her Facebook page here.)
The shoot was incredible. In a remote location in Boughton Monchelsea, Maidstone in Kent, we were just laughing and chatting all the way through! The other models I was working with, Jess, Florence and Lauren, were similar in age to me - and we all got on like a house on fire!

I was glad to become the face of the brand because I love promoting products that are good and products that are worth it. I'm one of these girls who used to read blogs, magazines, youtube videos and so many people would advertise things for the sake of it. I literally jumped at the chance to work with KB Hair because they are simply amazing - you will know once you have tried them!! The hair is all real, and they come in so many shades to choose from. You can dye the extensions aswell, so as you change your hair, your extensions change with you! However, I would personally, only recommend dying them a few shades DARKER. Obviously, extensions do not produce the natural oils that our own hair does, so bleaching them is the worst idea! KB Hair also do hair products and tools which help with the maintenance of your extensions, as well as your own hair!

The best thing about these extensions is that they LOOK REAL. Once I had mine put in for the shoot, my mum was on set with me, and she was shocked at how real they looked! They were SO quick to put in, it took literally 3 minutes if that. Then again, if you're a beginner at putting extensions in, KB come with instructions to give you an idea on how to get that natural look. Alongside this, you can choose different lengths, and some of you ladies may want a shorter, yet thicker look. If you have any enquiries about the extensions then please contact myself via email or tumblr - or Kerry Buckell herself, details will be found on www.kbhairextensions.co.uk!

Here are some behind the scenes photos from the shoot...

  1. Hair Extensions have increased in popularity across the world over the past 5 years. With top celebrities in USA and Europe now opening talking about how they use hair extensions the product is now accepted as an acceptable and even required beauty aid in the fashion and movie circles.I'm glad that I have full thick hair and don't need extensions. Sometimes having lots of super thick hair is a pain in the butt, but I just can't ever imagine paying so much for some hair extensions. Anyway if somebody is looking for real hair extensions may check this guys here - http://www.keshhair.com/#!our-hair/c1b5i.

  2. This model is light in weight despite the power it brings to your morning routine, and it has plenty of extra features.

  3. Estimate: Wigs come in four sizes, measured in inches. Measuring your head will give you a thought of your size.long wigs
